The H5800 Checkered Cover Sidewalk Box is a durable solution designed for sidewalks and walkways in high-traffic areas like bridges, dams, and airports. Constructed of cast iron with a hot-dipped galvanized finish, it meets NEMA 4 and NEMA 3R standards and complies with U/L Std. 50. The checkered cover provides a non-slip surface for pedestrians and is flush with finished concrete. Featuring a neoprene gasket and stainless steel fastenings, this box is built to withstand heavy use. Interchangeable flanges and covers allow for easy maintenance without disrupting the conduit system.
