The Hastelloy C22 Alloy Pipe, also known as Inconel 22 or Hastelloy C22, is a fully austenitic nickel-based superalloy known for its exceptional corrosion resistance properties. This highly ductile pipe is suitable for various industries requiring superior performance in corrosive environments, such as chemical processing, oil and gas, and nuclear fuel reprocessing. With a nickel base and a composition tailored for anti-corrosion and high-temperature applications, this pipe offers reliability and durability. Available in seamless or welded form, ranging from 1/8" to 26" sizes.

Common applications include chemical processing, paper and pulp, oil and gas, pesticide production, sour gas services, and waste incinerators. Providing considerable resistance at elevated temperatures, Inconel® 22 has been adopted for nuclear fuel reprocessing, flue gas desulfurization and seawater-based applications.With the nickel as its primary base, Inconel® 22 alloy includes a chemical composition of 20-22.5% Cr, 12.5-14.5% Mo, a maximum of 2.5% Co, 2.5-3.5% W, and 2-6% Fe. For annealing treatment, temperature ranges should remain between 2020 and 2150 ºF. Inconel® 22 is suited for applications that require superior performance at elevated temperatures and for its full spectrum of anti-corrosion characteristics.
