The HD6000 Heavy Duty Box is a robust solution for severe weathertight and watertight installations, ideal for submersion service in challenging environments like flooded manholes, docks, and substations. Constructed with heavy walled cast iron and wide flanges, this box remains watertight even under high heads of water. Featuring plated steel cap screws, neoprene type packing gasket, and four mounting lugs, it offers exceptional durability. Designed for hazardous locations, it meets Class II, Groups E, F, and G standards when equipped with specific gaskets and conduit entrances. Upgrade options include bosses for five threads, drilling and tapping, and special gasket materials.
