Featuring shafts treated with nitro-carburizing for exceptional corrosion resistance, this cylinder offers up to 20 times longer life compared to chromium electroplating. Environmental-friendly construction ensures no surface pitting, flaking, or hydrogen embrittlement. With a real rod u-cup design on the rod's lip seal, it guarantees zero leakage across all pressures from -50°F to 230°F. The nylon piston wear ring reduces friction, preventing metal-to-metal contact. Each cylinder comes complete with clevis and pins for easy installation and operation.
