The Heavy-Duty Oversized Shrink Bundler from our 105 SERIES is built for handling large stacks of products with precision and efficiency. This bundler features a robust stainless steel frame, NEMA 4X cabinet standards, and low-density polyethylene film type for enhanced product protection. With a maximum film width of 89", it accommodates various oversized items like pizza boxes, doors, ceiling tiles, and more. The integrated dual-stage shrink tunnel ensures a secure enclosure, while the Allen Bradley® programmable logic controller allows for seamless operation and quick changeovers. Ideal for institutional buyers requiring durable, high-speed packaging solutions.

Stacks of product proceed via an infeed conveyor to the seal area where the stack moves through the film web and the seal frame. Once enveloped with shrink film, the stack automatically stops and the seal closes, forming a film sleeve around the stack. Optional side seals (no trim) are then applied. The stack advances through an integrated shrink tunnel chamber. The bundle exits the shrink tunnel, passing under a turbo cooling system which accelerates the curing of the stack.
