Constructed of cast iron with a heavy walled box and cover, this box is ideal for submersion service and can withstand high heads of water. Featuring standard plated steel cap screws, neoprene type packing for a reliable gasket seal, and four mounting lugs, this box ensures durability and protection. Optional extras like drilling and tapping, bosses for five threads, and special gaskets enhance its functionality. Suitable for Class II hazardous locations with the proper gasket and conduit entrances, this box offers exceptional performance in challenging environments.
