The Hercules Potentiometer Foot Control Switch is engineered for seamless integration with variable speed motor drives, offering precise control over resistance levels. Its robust design features a spring-loaded treadle that smoothly adjusts the potentiometer from zero to the specified maximum resistance. This momentary foot control switch includes a SPDT auxiliary switch contact rated at 15 Amps 125-250 VAC, ensuring reliable operation at the beginning of the treadle stroke. With NEMA Type 1, 2, 4 & 13 and EN 60529 IP56 ratings, this switch is driptight, dusttight, watertight, and oiltight, catering to industrial standards for enhanced durability. Additionally, on special order, up to 3 SPDT switches can be added, customizable for operation at any point of the treadle stroke, making it a versatile solution for various applications.
