The Hernon Tuffbond® 318 Epoxy Adhesive is a fast-curing, modified epoxy that excels in moisture, chemical, and heat resistance. Ideal for rapid in-line loudspeaker assembly, this adhesive is recommended for bonding various substrates, potting electronics, and encapsulating components. With typical properties like high shear strength and quick cure time, it offers fast room temperature setting, minimal shrinkage, and easy mixing. Ensure optimum storage conditions between 45ºF to 85ºF. Hernon® provides dispensing equipment for precise applications. This ISO-9001 compliant adhesive is a reactive, non-solvent system that's free from fuming during gelation.

Storage Storage
Tuffbond® 318 should be stored in a cool, dry location in unopened containers at a temperature between 45ºF to 85ºF (7ºC to 29ºC) unless otherwise labeled. Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range. To prevent contamination of unused material, do not return any material to its original container.
