The Hernon® Tuffbond® 394 Epoxy Adhesive is a high temperature resistant, heat activated single component epoxy that transforms to a high-performance thermoset system upon cure. With exceptional adhesion properties to various substrates, this solventless adhesive offers high shear strength, low water absorption, and excellent rigidity. Meeting ISO-9001 industry standards, it cures on demand via heat activation, maintaining color changes from yellow to brown. Ideal for applications requiring high temperature resistance above 200ºF, this adhesive is a practical and efficient alternative to traditional two component epoxies.
