The Hernon® UV FOG Adhesive 41764A is a high-performance EB/UV curable adhesive designed for exceptional adhesion in various applications. With a volume of 15 liters, this adhesive provides excellent bonding to shaft seals, oil seals, metals, glass, ceramics, and plastics. Ideal for use as a form-in-place gasket in oil and coolant systems, it is a versatile solution for applications such as engine covers, oil pans, and fluid seal systems. Its cured properties include a hardness range of 10 to 25 Shore A, a temperature range of -40 to 302°F, and a gap fill of 0.1 to 1.0 mm.

Cleanup Cleanup
Uncured UV Fog 41764A should be cleaned up with absorbent material and placed in a closed container for disposal. Small areas can be cleaned up by curing the product prior to disposal by exposing the product to UV cure, light or sunlight. Afterwards the area can be washed with soap and water.

Storage Storage
UV Fog 41764A can be stored in a dry location in unopened containers at a temperature between 60ºF to 90ºF (15ºC to 32ºC) unless otherwise labeled. Material must be mixed and heated to 80 to 90 ºF (26 to 32ºC) prior to use. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight or fluorescent lighting. To prevent contamination of unused material, do not return any material to its original container.
