Our High-Carbon Steel Top Running Double Girder Cranes are meticulously fabricated with precision bolted construction, ensuring easy erection and transportation under all conditions. Equipped with HI-CARBON STEEL double-flanged wheels, heavy-duty roller bearings, and sealed ball bearings, these cranes offer reliable performance. Structurally designed in compliance with A.I.S.C. specifications and E.O.C.I. specification #61, meeting Class C or Class D crane requirements. Wired according to the National Electric Code article 610, with safety enclosed power and control conductors on all Model TDC cranes. With standard speeds ranging from 50 to 175 FPM, these cranes are ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.

5-point variable speed with timed relays and overload protection for wound rotor motor. 2-speed with two (2) adjustable ballast resistors for cushioned acceleration and deceleration at each speed with squirrel cage motor. Single speed with adjustable ballast resistors for smooth acceleration and reverse plugging gradual deceleration with smooth stop. 110 V control transformer, over load protection and legended terminal block.

Heavy Duty Center Drive - Highly efficient HELICAL gears with low helix angle. Long life Timken roller bearings. Forged alloy steel gears and pinions heat treated and hardened. Shaving of the gears and crown shaving of the pinions assures proper tooth contact and long quiet operation. Housing made from close grain stabilized cast iron and precision bored on fixed center machines.
