The High-Flow PR-7 Series Pressure Regulator is specially crafted to manage high gas flow rates efficiently in a compact design. Built to handle hydrogen flows of up to 1000 liters per minute without the resonance issues common in similar regulators, it excels in low inlet pressure and low differential pressure gas flow applications. With a robust construction capable of withstanding pressures up to 3600 psig, this regulator maintains outlet pressures consistently even with significant changes in flow requirements. Its features include minimal droop with increased flow, no resonance with large hydrogen flows, and a durable construction using stainless steel diaphragm and materials like 316L stainless steel, brass, and optional Hastelloy®, Monel®, or chrome-plated brass. The T-handle adjusting assembly allows for easy adjustments, and with a Cv flow coefficient of 1.1, this regulator ensures precise pressure control across various outlet pressure ranges.
