The PICMA® High-Performance Monolithic Multilayer Piezo Stack Actuators (PZT) are equipped with award-winning ceramic-encapsulation PZT technology, ensuring low operating voltage and superior lifespan even in extreme conditions. With a very large operating-temperature range, high humidity resistance, excellent temperature stability, and high stiffness, these actuators guarantee exceptional performance. They are UHV compatible to 10-9 hPa, offering sub-millisecond response and sub-nanometer resolution. Available with PTFE insulated wires and a pigtail length of 100 mm, these actuators are ideal for precision applications.
