The Multi-Flex™ 128 Series High Pressure Hot Tap Insertion Plug is designed for pressurized pipeline operations, featuring an internal stiffener and directional shoe for easy installation through a hot tap, even around 90-degree bends. Made with a tough woven ballistic nylon reinforced polyurethane outer ply, this plug offers maximum plug diameter of 20 inches, hot tap plug diameter of 6.5 inches, and maximum inflation of 40 psig. With a deflated length of 69 inches and a shipping weight of 41 lbs, this plug provides easy hot tap insertion, flow stoppage for repairs, flexibility to navigate corners, and robust materials for an extended lifespan. Customization options are available for specific requirements.
