The High Pressure Needle Valve 60VM Series is designed for precise flow control in high-pressure applications, with tubing sizes ranging from 1/4" to 9/16". Featuring a non-rotating stem to prevent stem/seat galling, this valve boasts a max pressure of 60,000 PSI (4140 bar) with metal-to-metal seating for bubble-tight shut-off. The durable construction ensures longer stem/seat life, excellent corrosion resistance, and reliable sealing. Designed with nylon/leather packing below threads for dependable stem and body sealing, the 60VM valves offer extended thread cycle life and reduced handle torque for optimum performance. Available with Vee or Regulating stem tips, this series is complemented by a complete line of high-pressure fittings and tubing for comprehensive solutions.
