The Sour Service Elbow Fittings by Autoclave Engineers are designed for high-pressure applications in oil fields where H2S presence is a concern. Offering two variants for standard and H2S service, these fittings feature Autoclave's high-pressure coned-and-threaded connections. The SOGWO fittings are ideal for use with series 30VM-SOGWO and 60VM-SOGWO valves, while standard service fittings are compatible with series 30VM and 60VM valves. With a pressure rating of 30000 psi, these fittings ensure secure connections while maintaining optimal performance. Available in various dimensions and types, including 45° elbows and reducer fittings upon request, these fittings are a reliable choice for demanding environments.

Simple Select utilizes proven Hepco vee slide technology and is ideal for high speed and short stroke movements. The guide track can be fitted to unmachined surfaces if required and is great for attaching to extruded aluminum profiles. The design enables short installation time because the linear bearing carriage is assembled and adjusted to the linear track. Simply mount the track with fasteners, and attach your load to the carriage. The carriage features double row ball bearing guide wheels for long and trouble free life. The wheels are covered and protected by cap seal wipers which prevent dirt ingress and ensure constant positive lubrication.The vee slides are made from AISI 52100 high carbon bearing grade steel with the vee faces are hardened for wear resistance to 58-62 Rockwell C scale. They are finished in chemical black and provided with mounting hole blanking plugs.The wheel plate carriages are made from high strength aluminum alloy and are finished in black anodize. They feature pre-mounted and adjusted linear guide bearings with cap seals. The cap seal wheel covers are made from impact resistant thermoplastic elastomer and hold lubricating felt wipers to push debris aside and to apply a light film of lubricating oil. The wheel plate carriage is high speed capable and has a maximum linear speed of 8 m/s when used with a lubricated vee slide. This configuration includes two size 20 wheel plate carriages pre-assembled and adjusted to 266 mm of size 20 double edge slide track.Most applications involve central L1 loads. In these cases simply divide your load (N) by the carriage L1 capacity figure to determine a load factor. Then simply read off the line from the graph. For offset loads you will need to add the relevant load factors to determine the total. Load Factor should not exceed 1.
