Our Lock Nut Load-Return High-Tonnage Cylinders are meticulously designed for optimal performance and safety. With a lock nut tested to 150% of rated load capacity, these cylinders ensure secure mechanical load holding over extended periods. The red warning band alerts operators to the end of stroke while the overflow port prevents over-stroking, accompanied by a stop ring for mechanical end of stroke. Featuring black nitride coatings for enhanced corrosion resistance, these cylinders offer custom strokes and capacities up to 1000 tons, with optional tilt saddles available. Replaceable wear bands improve seal longevity and side load capacity, making them ideal for heavy-duty applications.
