The Tuffsil Silicone Wire boasts TUFFSIL insulation with a standard silver-plated conductor, offering high temperature resistance from -55°C to 200°C (intermittent up to 250°C). With a high voltage range of 600 VDC to 100 KVDC and conductor sizes ranging from 24 AWG to 1 AWG, this wire ensures high flexibility and durability. It is ozone and corona resistant, radiation resistant, flame resistant meeting the UL 3239 VW-1 Flame Test. Additionally, it is RoHS compliant, and customizable constructions are available upon request.
