HIKOTACK P-90 C9 Aromatic Hydrocarbon Resin is a premium pale yellow thermoplastic resin derived from the thermal cracking of naphtha. With a C9 resin grade and a softening point of 98°C, it serves as an excellent rubber compounding agent for tires, tubes, and rubber coated clothes. Moreover, it excels as a tackifier for Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA)-based hot melt adhesives (HMA), water repellent agent, concrete curing agent, and asphalt binder. Its high molecular weight of 1200 (GPC, Mw) ensures superior performance in various applications.
