The HPR-2 Steam Heated Regulator with Heat Exchanger is a versatile solution for preheating liquids, preventing gas condensation, and vaporizing liquids for gas analysis in analytical process sample conditioning systems. With a body made of 316L Stainless Steel and exceptional seat material in Polyimide, this regulator can withstand high temperatures of up to 380°F at 3600 psig. The unique spiral-wrapped heat exchange element provides up to 100 square inches of heat transfer area, ensuring efficient heat exchange. Modular pressure control and heat exchanger assemblies enable easy maintenance, while the tamper-proof, stainless steel cap assembly ensures secure operation.
