The HPR-2 Steam Heated Regulator with Spiral-Wrapped Heat Exchanger from the GO Regulator Vaporizing Regulators Series is a versatile solution for preheating liquids, preventing gas condensation, and vaporizing liquids for gas analysis in analytical process sample conditioning systems. This regulator features a modular design with a pressure control section based on the reliable PR-1 design ensuring excellent outlet pressure stability. With a body constructed from 316L Stainless Steel and a Tefzel® seat, this regulator offers a maximum operating pressure of 400 psig and a temperature range up to 380°F. The unique spiral-wrapped heat exchange element provides up to 100 square inches of heat transfer area, ensuring efficient sample conditioning. With optional Hastelloy® C and Monel® materials available, this regulator offers optimal sealing and bubble-tight shutoff, making it ideal for use in various applications within petrochemical refineries, chemical production facilities, pilot plants, LNG points, and natural gas pipeline sampling.
