The Inconel® 622 Plate is a top-tier nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy renowned for its exceptional metallurgical stability, high strength, and superior oxidation resistance at extreme temperatures. With added aluminum for enhanced oxidation resistance, this alloy also offers excellent corrosion resistance in various aqueous environments. Primarily used in gas turbines, petrochemical processing, heat-treating equipment, and nitric acid production, the Inconel® 622 Plate comes in standard forms such as round, forging stock, extruded section, plate, sheet, strip, pipe, tube, and wire. Its composition includes 14.2% Molybdenum, 2.3% Iron, 20.5% Chromium, 3.2% Tungsten, and 59.0% Nickel, meeting stringent ASTM specifications such as ASME SB-575, ASTM B575, and UNS N06622.
