The Heavy Duty Oil Mist Filter is designed to efficiently capture oil fog, mist, or aerosol emissions from the exhaust of oil-sealed vacuum pumps, allowing for easy recycling of waste oil. Equipped with a pleated filter element, this filter offers increased surface area for the low back pressure separation of ultra-fine oil mists. The seamless drawn housings with O-ring seals are made of corrosive-resistant white powder-coated carbon steel, ensuring durability. With a discharge baffle and NPSC connections, this filter is easy to install and maintain. It features a 1/4” NPSC drain tap for convenient disposal. Suitable for industrial applications requiring air flow of up to 175 scfm, this filter has a micron size of .3 µm and inlet/outlet connection size of 2 inches, meeting the highest standards of air filtration.
