The Invar® 36 Plate is a premium nickel-iron-chromium alloy plate enhanced with copper and molybdenum for superior performance in corrosive environments. It features niobium stabilization against sensitization and intergranular corrosion. With exceptional resistance to general, pitting, and crevice corrosion, this plate is ideal for various applications including tanks, piping, heat exchangers, pumps, and valves. Meeting ASTM UNS K93600 specifications, this plate boasts impressive mechanical properties with a tensile strength of 71000 psi, yield strength of 35000 psi, and an elongation of 42%. Its melting temperature range of 2610ºF ensures durability in high-temperature conditions.
