The Laminar Flow Inc. 4x8 ft Portable Cleanroom is a self-contained system constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel, featuring ULPA filters suitable for ISO 4 applications. With integrated controls, LED lighting, HEPA plenum pressure monitoring, and BAS feedback, this cleanroom ensures optimal air quality. Product Specifications
Construction Construction
LFI's PCR is a completely self-contained system utilizing patented welded construction. Systems are fabricated entirely from heavy-duty 14 and 16 ga 304/304L or 316L stainless steel with a #4; polished finish. Exterior welds are kept to a minimum and ground smooth and polished. Continuously welded and formed patented filter grid ensures a completely self-contained leak-free system. 1-piece formed light channels are recessed and continuously welded to the filter grid. Stainless steel perimeter tubing allows for curtain installation without penetrating the filter plenum.

Construction Filters
HEPA or ULPA filters are available that provide up to ISO 4 or 99.9995 % to 0.012 microns. Gel seal technology is utilized as a standard with all our systems. The knife edge around the filter plenum is integrally incorporated into the gel trough around the filter. Perforated stainless steel grilles located downstream and flush to the filter protect the filter and provide even air distribution. Both can be serviced from within the clean area.
Construction Large Intake Prefilters
All LFI prefilters are a 75% ASHRAE efficient prefilter pad that fits securely within an assembled, re-useable PVC frame. This type of prefilter eliminates the shedding of contaminates associated with cardboard framed prefilters. All prefilter intakes are sized to allow the maximum amount of flow.
