The Laminar Flow Inc. 72x60x60 Pass Through Door is a meticulously engineered solution designed for both consumer and institutional needs. Constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel, the Pass Through ensures long-term maintenance-free operation. Features include electronic or mechanical interlocks, double-wall construction, HEPA filtration options, and customizable controls like LED lighting and automatic door operation. With compliance to federal procurement standards and industry certifications, this Pass Through meets the most stringent requirements for product and ambient area protection.

Construction Construction
A completely self-contained system constructed of double wall, heavy duty 14 and 16 ga stainless steel. Continuously welded interiors ground smooth and polished provide a seamless 1/2" rad. coved corner interior as standard method of construction. Heavy duty stainless steel latches assure a positive door sea!. Doors are manufactured from either heavy gauge double wall or tubular construction. Doors are available with Lexan, Plexiglas, or Laminated Safety Glass viewing panels. HEPA filtered Pass Thrus active feature a continuously welded knife edge incorporated into the top of the Pass Thru flush mounted with a perforated stainless steel grille located downstream of the HEPA filter. Grilles are removable and accessible from within the Pass Thru. Systems are fully assembled and wired at our facility prior to shipping.

Filters Filters
If specified, HEPA or ULPA filters are available. Gel Seal technology is utilized as a standard with all of our systems. This design allows for the gel trough to be around the filter and the knife edge integrally incorporated into the Pass Thru. Perforated stainless steel grilles located downstream and flush to the interior protect the filter and provide even air distribution. Both serviced from within the Pass Thru chamber.
