The LaserCELL's Class 2 safety enclosure allows the system to be placed in high-traffic areas, such as busy factory floors and university classrooms. Access points are available at the front, back and each side of the machine, making part loading and maintenance simple and convenient.Kern has redesigned the LaserCELL's motion system, transforming it into its fastest and most productive machine to date. An improved downdraft vacuum table is built into the system allowing for consistent fume removal and material hold down over the entire 52" x 50" table. Lasers from 100 to 650 watts can be placed onto the LaserCELL system. Capable of cutting and marking metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel and thin brass; and non-metals such as fabrics, plastics/acrylics, wood, stone, glass, rubber, printed materials, etc This machine can also be equipped with our Camera Vision System, Rotary, and/or our pen marking system.

UL Electrical PanelA UL certified electrical panel is placed on each laser system which turns on and shuts down components of the laser system. CUL and CE approved machines are available by request.LED LightsUltra-bright LED Lights span the top of the enclosures interior, resulting in a well-lit processing work area. The assembly features an assist air which pushes air out of the nozzle, protecting the lens from smoke and debris.
