The Lewis Ouchless Grips™ feature tough plastic-coated Aramid fibers designed to prevent wire frays and cuts during wire pulling operations. With a work load of 5000 lb and ultimate tensile strength of 10000 lb, these grips offer reliability and safety. Suitable for overhead or underground tasks involving electric or fiber optic cables, these grips are non-conductive, lightweight, and easy to handle. They eliminate the risk of metallic fraying and are ideal for energized environments where metallic grips are unsuitable. Additionally, taping the cable ends before insertion prolongs the grip's lifespan.

The Ouchless Lewis Grips™ do not have the metallic fraying as traditional Grip do thereby eliminating the chance of being injured from metallic strands that have been abraded. Ouchless Grips™ can also be used when a metallic grip is unsuitable, such as pulling in an energized environment.

Note
When using a pulling grip made of Aramid fibers or metal wire, always tape the bare end of the cable that will be inserted into the grip. This will eliminate a sharp edge exposure and prolong the life of your grip.
