The Magneflex Rubber Magnet is a high-performance permanent magnet crafted from barium ferrite materials securely bonded in rubber. Despite a 36% volumetric dilution by the rubber matrix, it boasts exceptional magnetic energy, surpassing that of non-oriented ceramic magnets. With excellent machinability and resistance to shock, this magnet offers superior performance in various technical applications. Available in different stock sizes and magnetization patterns, it can be easily machined into intricate shapes. Ideal for industrial, commercial, and institutional use, the Magneflex Rubber Magnet ensures reliability and durability in magnetic assemblies.

Product Specifications

Effect Of Vibration And Shock 0
The magnetic properties of Magneflex are dependent on the alignment of barium ferrite particles within a resilient matrix. Since the mechanically aligned particles are immobilized, vibration and shock have no noticeable effect upon its magnetic properties.
Magnetization Patterns 0
Conventional: North pole on one side, south pole on the other. Generally used in closed-circuit designs when magnet is to be assembled between pole pieces, in channels, and in technical applications where this type of polarity is required.Multiple Pole: Alternating north and south poles in wide sheets and slabs. Generally used in open-circuit applications. Steel backing is desirable, where practical.
