With a blade width of 42.81 inches and a durable tungsten carbide blade, it offers aggressive cleaning performance. Suitable for belt widths of 48 inches, it operates effectively at belt speeds up to 1000 fpm. The painted frame and standard block tension element ensure reliability in temperatures ranging from -20 to 160°F during standard service, and up to 600°F with spring tension. Install it at various points along the conveyor system for optimal results.
