The MARTIN® DT2 Inline Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently clean belts ranging from 18" to 96" in width, with a maximum belt speed of 700 FPM. Featuring a split-track blade cartridge on a stainless steel mandrel, this cleaner allows for quick (< 5 minutes) and hassle-free servicing from outside the chute. With on-site blade change approvals, maintenance can be done while the belt is in operation, reducing downtime. Its low-profile design enables installation in narrow spaces, as slim as 7". The DT2 Inline is available with a choice of Spring Tensioner or Air Tensioner, providing flexibility to suit various conveyor setups.
