The MARTIN® DT2 Inline Secondary Cleaner offers effortless maintenance with its split-track blade cartridge on a stainless steel mandrel, allowing quick blade changes (< 5 minutes) from outside the chute. Its low profile suits narrow spaces (as slim as 7") and adapts to conveyors running in both directions. Available with Spring Tensioner or Air Tensioner, it ensures easy servicing while the belt is in motion, reducing downtime. With dimensions meeting belt widths of 66" and blade width of 60", this standard duty cleaner boasts 10 DURT TRACKER® Stainless Steel Reversing Blades and a max belt speed of 700 fpm. Installations comply with stringent industry standards.
