The MARTIN® DT2 Inline Secondary Cleaners are designed to enhance conveyor belt cleaning efficiency with a split-track blade cartridge system. With blade options including DURT TRACKER® Tungsten Carbide Reversing Blades, this cleaner offers quick (< 5 minutes) and easy servicing from outside the chute, even while the belt is running. Whether you choose the Spring Tensioner or Air Tensioner model, installation in narrow spaces as small as 7" is possible. Made with high-quality materials like 316 Stainless Steel for the mainframe, these cleaners are suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and belt speeds up to 700 FPM.
