The MARTIN® DT2 Inline Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently maintain conveyor belt cleanliness for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". Featuring a split-track blade cartridge on a stainless steel mandrel, this cleaner allows quick and easy blade changes (< 5 minutes) from outside the chute, even while the belt is in operation. With a low profile suitable for narrow spaces down to 7", it accommodates conveyors moving in two directions. Choose between a Spring Tensioner or an Air Tensioner for optimal performance. With 11 MARTIN® DT2S tungsten carbide blades, this cleaner ensures thorough cleaning at a maximum belt speed of 700 fpm, meeting industry standards for durability and efficiency.
