The MARTIN® DT2 Inline Secondary Cleaner is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and belt speeds up to 700 FPM. Featuring a split-track blade cartridge on a stainless steel mandrel, this cleaner allows for quick and easy servicing (< 5 minutes) from outside the chute. With on-site blade change approvals, maintenance can be done while the belt runs, reducing downtime. Its low profile enables installation in tight spaces as narrow as 7", suitable for conveyors that roll back or run in two directions. Choose between a Spring Tensioner or an Air Tensioner for optimal performance.
