The MARTIN® DT2 Inline Secondary Cleaner is designed for belt widths ranging from 30 inches to 800 mm and a maximum belt speed of 700 FPM. Featuring a split-track blade cartridge on a stainless steel mandrel, it allows for quick (< 5 minutes) and easy servicing from outside the chute. With the ability to change blades onsite while the belt operates, this cleaner has a low profile enabling installation in narrow spaces as small as 7 inches. Choose between a Spring Tensioner or an Air Tensioner for optimal performance and efficiency on conveyors that run in either direction.
