The MARTIN® Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped Belt Cleaners are designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and provide exceptional durability and performance. Featuring a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners outlast conventional urethane blades by three times. They are compatible with either the QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1 PD Mainframe. Choose from a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for maintaining optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments. Note: Not suitable for use on belts with mechanical fasteners.
