The MARTIN® Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped Pre-Cleaner, part of the QC™ #1 series, is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and belt speeds up to 900 FPM. Featuring a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner delivers exceptional durability lasting three times longer than conventional urethane blades. It fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1 PD Mainframe. The MARTIN® TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner options ensure consistent cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments needed, enhancing operational efficiency while prolonging blade longevity. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
