Featuring specialized mounts and tensioners for easy installation and maintenance, this system combines three durable belt cleaners - MARTIN® QC™ #1; XHD Pre-Cleaner, ORION-2000 Secondary Belt Cleaner, and H20-4000 Water Cleaner. The pre-cleaner maintains constant cleaning with an easy blade change mechanism, while the secondary cleaner's tungsten carbide blades tackle sticky fines. The water cleaner utilizes a soft urethane blade for residual material and moisture removal, enhancing belt longevity.
