The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Belt Cleaner is designed for optimal performance on conveyor belts with widths ranging from 18" to 96" and speeds up to 900 FPM. Its MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip ensures exceptional durability, lasting three times longer than conventional urethane blades. This heavy-duty metal-tipped cleaner fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe and can be equipped with a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure. Note that mechanical fastener belts are not compatible with this cleaner.
