The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Belt Cleaner is designed to provide exceptional durability and performance for various belt conveyor applications. Featuring a robust blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner offers three times longer blade life compared to conventional urethane blades. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, it ensures efficient cleaning while fitting seamlessly on the QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1 PD Mainframe. The TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner options help maintain optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. NB: Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
