The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Belt Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped pre-cleaner designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and capable of handling belt speeds up to 900 FPM. With a robust MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner offers exceptional durability lasting three times longer than conventional blades. Available with a TWIST™ Tensioner or MARTIN® Spring Tensioner, it ensures proper cleaning pressure while reducing the need for frequent adjustments. Please note that this cleaner is not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
