The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT (Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped) Belt Cleaner is designed to excel in various industrial applications, offering unparalleled durability and performance. Featuring a robust MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip lasting three times longer than conventional blades, this cleaner fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe. With options of TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, it ensures optimal cleaning pressure while reducing the need for frequent adjustments. This belt cleaner is suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and is ideal for applications with a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM and service temperatures up to 180°F. Note: Not compatible with belts using mechanical fasteners.
