The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Belt Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped pre-cleaner designed for efficiency and durability in belt conveyor systems. With dimensions suitable for belt widths of 84 inches and a blade width of 82 inches, this corrosion-resistant TC-tipped blade on a stainless steel mainframe ensures high-performance cleaning. Operating at speeds up to 900 fpm and service temperatures ranging from 160°F to 180°F, this belt cleaner is a reliable solution for various applications. Equipped with a MARTIN® TWIST™ tensioner, it minimizes the need for constant adjustments, providing optimal cleaning pressure. Note: Not compatible with belts featuring mechanical fasteners.
