The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Belt Cleaner is designed for heavy-duty applications, offering exceptional durability and performance. Featuring a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner lasts 3 times longer than conventional blades. It fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1; HD or PD mainframes and is available with a TWIST™ or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure. With dimensions suitable for belt widths of 90 inches and a max belt speed of 900 FPM, this cleaner ensures efficient belt maintenance while reducing operational costs.

Replace the mainframe if it is bent.My Pre-Cleaner is wearing more in the center of the blade.The blade is too wide for this application. Replace with a shorter length blade.
