The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Belt Cleaner delivers unmatched durability and performance for a wide range of belt conveyor applications. Featuring a robust blade crafted from MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a long-lasting tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner outlasts traditional urethane blades by threefold. Designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and capable of handling speeds up to 900 FPM, this cleaner fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1; HD or PD Mainframes. Available with a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, it ensures optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Note: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
