The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT (Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped) Belt Cleaner is engineered for maximum durability and performance in a variety of conveyor applications. Featuring a sturdy blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner outlasts conventional blades by three times. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, it ensures efficient cleaning without the need for frequent adjustments. With options like the MARTIN® TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, this cleaner maintains optimal cleaning pressure. Note: Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
