The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Belt Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped pre-cleaner designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane featuring a tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner offers exceptional durability lasting three times longer than traditional urethane blades. It fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe, with the option of TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure maintenance. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.

Replace the mainframe if it is bent.My Pre-Cleaner is wearing more in the center of the blade.The blade is too wide for this application. Replace with a shorter length blade.
