The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT (Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped) Belt Cleaner is engineered for maximum durability and performance, suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". Featuring a unique MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip lasting three times longer than conventional blades, this cleaner is compatible with the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe. Choose between the TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure, while minimizing adjustment needs. Not for use on belts with mechanical fasteners.
