The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Metal Tipped Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners are designed for heavy-duty applications with belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum service temperature of 180°F. Featuring a durable MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners offer exceptional longevity, lasting three times longer than conventional blades. Choose between the TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner to maintain optimal cleaning pressure. Please note these cleaners are not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
